So I haven't posted lately, we have been busy, busy, busy! ( I accidentally typed busty instead of busy, I have been that too since the little one was born :) )
Since the beginning of July we:
- went to Utah for a baby blessing where we also went to a water park
- celebrated the 4th of July with family in Pocatello
- Travis went back to Utah for three days for a training while the girls and I went to my parents house
- went to the Nield family reunion which started in Poky and involved family pictures, migrated to our house with the blessing of Sephie, and culminated in Bear Lake
- then this last weekend we celebrated Pioneer day with a parade and a BBQ with family and friend
Also in there somewhere Travis got released as the 2nd counselor in the YM presidency after being in for three and a half years. He was happy about that but he says it is weird being back in Elder's Quorum since he has only been able to attend in our ward due to callings for about one month in the last four years, he doesn't feel like he knows anyone. I am finally starting to feel comfortable in my calling as the Miamaid adviser after being in for a year, working with the youth is not my forte, not that I don't like it, it just doesn't come very naturally like it does for some people.
Persephanie has started smiling, it is so cute and melts my heart! She gets pretty colicky in the evening which is not very cute, and doesn't do much for my heart. However she does sleep from about eleven to six or seven every night, so I can't complain too much. Although her very jealous older sister apparently has a lot to complain about after all "Sephie gets everything!!!" as I hear repeatedly every day. As well as "how come you love Sephie more than me?" and the new one today, "mom if you keep holding Sephie so much you are going to ruin her, I think you just need to let her cry, so you can hold me, I won't get ruined." *sigh*
I will try and post pictures of the above mentioned events but I have no idea when I will have access to the laptop, so this will have to do for now. stay tuned...
